Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Karnal site. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to build a strong foundation in on-site civil construction and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities on site and ensure work progresses as per schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour and site engineers for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain records of material consumption, stock and wastage on site.
- Ensure safety guidelines and protocols are followed by all workers on site.
- Report daily progress, issues and requirements to the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
- Assist in measurement and verification of work completed for billing purposes.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering).
- 0 - 2 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision (freshers may apply).
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods and site safety practices.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Valuable communication skills to coordinate with site staff and contractors.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Karnal location.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 per annum, based on qualification and experience.
