Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Associate to support plant operations by ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, assisting in troubleshooting, and maintaining technical and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day technical and manufacturing operations at the plant.
- Monitor machinery, equipment, and production processes for smooth functioning.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with maintenance/production teams for timely resolution.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and process-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain technical records.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and follow-up on pending technical issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and reducing equipment downtime.




- Prepare and maintain relevant reports, checklists, and documentation.

Required Qualifications Skills

- Relevant experience in a manufacturing/plant environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machinery, production processes, and maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with production and maintenance teams.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
