Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide expert-level support to clients on Workday HCM module, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on Workday HCM module, ensuring they understand its features and functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday HCM module, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on Workday HCM module.
- Strong understanding of HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Perks Administration etc. .
- Experience in integrating multiple systems using various integration tools like MuleSoft or SnapLogic etc. .
