Job Title: Project Engineer

Overall exp-6-8 Years

Location- Aurangabad

Domain-Medical Device industry or pharmaceutical or consumer or similar industry

Qualification-Bachelors degree with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Engineering/Industrial/Electrical/Biotechnology Engineering (related stream).

Mandatory Skills: Medical Device industry, manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools for process improvements, Statistical Data Analysis, critical path, capacity modeling, time and motion studies.

Shift Timings-Candidates should be flexible for any shift based on project criteria.

Detailed JD:

- Experience in the Medical Device industry or pharmaceutical or consumer or similar industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of specific business practices and software and software applications.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools for process improvements
- Statistical Data Analysis: Utilizes analytical approach to evaluate product/process data
- Demonstrates good knowledge of Quality and Compliance.
- Knowledge of Financial systems, ROI Analysis, Standard costs and planning values
- Demonstrates sound knowledge of cycle time modelling covering critical path,



capacity modeling, time and motion studies.
- Good knowledge of vacuum technology, PLC programming, electrical and mechanical engineering, packaging process and package design. .

Experience Level-5-7 Years

Domain-Medical Device industry

Qualification- Graduate in Engineering

Mandatory Skills: IQ/OQ/PQ process validation documents, production equipment in shop floor, continuous improvement, EHS&S;, Compliance, change management, QMS documentation. Medical Device industry

Detailed JD:

- Experience in the Medical Device industry or pharmaceutical or consumer or similar industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of specific business practices and software and software applications.
- Hands on exp in drafting/reviewing of IQ/OQ/PQ process validation documents for medical device production equipment in shop floor.
- Valuable knowledge on process excellence, Internal/External Audits, continuous improvement, EHS&S;, Compliance, change management, QMS documentation.
