- Manage day-to-day plant administration, including security, canteen, housekeeping, transport and other facility services.
- Monitor contractor/vendor performance and verify bills and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with Labour Department, DISH, PF, ESIC and other statutory authorities.
Prepare HR/Admin MIS, manpower reports and compliance reports. Support audits, inspections, employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions. Ensure smooth, disciplined and cost-effective HR Administration operations.
