Expertise of testing part for structural, electrical, thermal, fluid, polymer material tests etc.

Logical thinking as well as Problem solving experience

Familiar with the test machines, equipment, maintenance etc.

Strong understand of automotive domain and product requirements

Experience of working in CFT to make the product better.

DVP lab and test team handling experience

Excellent communication and customer facing skills

A good understanding of engineering and mechanisms

Auditing and certification of Labs

Lab and resource planning for optimum usage

Role and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain the DVP lab having the machines and equipment for company products

Build and add skills for team working in the lab

Be a part of CFT team for product development

Analysis the product design and give feedback for improving the warranty of the product and avoid the possible failure of the product

Track the Regulatory compliance and Product specifications required automotive component testing

Leading the team for early discovery of faults





Working with the customers for certification of products for defined specifications

Development of DVP specification of products for different types of tests viz. mechanical, structural, thermal, Electrical, magnetics, fluid etc.

Help in boosting brand with the quality tests

Improve on testing methods and testing procedures for betterment of productivity and efficiency

Taking part in auditing of labs and getting the required certifications

Lab and testing planning for efficient usage of the lab

Ensuring qualitative and timely delivery of project

Working under Agile development-testing environments.

Managing the CAPEX and Opex for the Lab
