Business Development Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers and generate patient referrals for medical loans and crowdfunding.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, and hospital staff.
- Conduct regular hospital/field visits.
- Identify patients who need financial support and generate leads.
- Explain medical loan and crowdfunding options to patients and families.
- Assist with documentation and application processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion.
- Track leads, referrals, conversions, and disbursals.

Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory
- 1 year+ of experience in Sales, Business Development, Healthcare, Fintech, Insurance, or Financial Services.
- Valuable communication and relationship-building skills.
- English and Hindi proficiency.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
