Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop functional prototypes involving mechanical systems, embedded electronics, controls, and integrated assemblies
- Take systems from the concept stage through prototyping, testing, validation, and iterative refinement
- Work across CAD modelling, fabrication workflows, PCB integration, embedded systems, assembly, and system-level debugging
- Participate in field testing and performance validation under operational constraints
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners, workshops, and internal engineering teams to accelerate development cycles
- Contribute to the development of experimental systems, deployable technologies, and patentable intellectual property

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Production or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in prototyping, manufacturing, systems integration or product development




- Experience with some of: SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / CATIA, CNC / 3D printing / laser cutting, ESP32 / STM32 / Arduino / Raspberry Pi, KiCad / Altium, Python / Embedded C
- You do not need experience in all of the above. Solid fundamentals and practical problem-solving matter more
- Hands-on projects or prototypes beyond academic coursework are a big plus
- Clear technical communication and documentation skills
