Travel Consultant Job Description

Overview

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building robust client relationships, and promoting our travel services and European tour packages. This role requires excellent communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

# Acquire new customers through outbound voice process (telecalling).

# Conduct regular follow-ups with the leads provided.

# Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients.

# Use effective negotiation and closing techniques to achieve sales targets.

# Understand customer requirements and address queries related to travel products and services.





# Promote and sell European tour packages and related travel services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

# Freshers or candidates with tele calling experience are welcome to apply.

# Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.

# Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

# Confident in persuading and influencing customers.

# Basic understanding of travel industry products and services.

# Good organizational, follow-up, and customer handling skills.
