Job Description
The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of an Assistant Manager will include the following:
- Handling Income Tax Advisory, Compliance engagements related to Direct Tax laws, Transfer Pricing, International Tax, FEMA Advisory etc.
- Ability to analyse and interpret provisions under the various Acts.
- Independently responsible for execution and management of the assigned engagements
- Coordinating with Partners on the planning and management of the assignments
- Providing timely and high quality services which exceeds client expectations
- Updating clients on on-going matters on a prompt and regular basis, keeping track of industry developments
- Active in knowledge sharing, contribution of Thought Leadership, article writing, etc.
