- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Property Law.
- Strong experience in non-litigation real estate matters is essential.
- Prior experience with a reputed real estate law firm or real estate organization is strongly preferred.
- Extensive hands-on experience in property documentation and legal due diligence.
- Robust knowledge of land/property laws and real estate transactions.
- Practical working knowledge of MHADA, SRA and DCR rules and regulations is essential.
- Experience handling RERA-related matters.
- Strong drafting and contract-review skills.
- Ability to independently identify legal risks and suggest commercially practical solutions.
- Good understanding of land revenue department procedures and related government authorities.
- Marathi speaking and reading ability is mandatory/preferred, considering the nature of the role and local legal/regulatory work.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently on complex property transactions.
