Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop proposals for industrial automation projects, including bid management, tender preparation, and quotation creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate project costs, prepare technical specifications, and design control panels.
- Conduct techno-commercial evaluations of tenders received from clients to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Provide inside sales support by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues related to existing orders, and upselling/cross-selling products.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in industrial automation sales or a related field.
- Robust understanding of HMI/SCADA systems, PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley), VFDs (variable frequency drives), and other industrial automation technologies.
- Excellent bid management skills with ability to analyze complex requirements documents and develop effective responses.
