Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with 4 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our infrastructure automation, cloud scalability, and release engineering.Your primary focus will be designing, scaling, and maintaining production-grade Kubernetes (K8s) environments and architecting robust, secure CI/CD pipelines. You will bridge the gap between software development and IT operations, ensuring our systems are highly available, secure, and deployment-ready at a moment's notice. Key Responsibilities1. Kubernetes Orchestration & Cloud Architecture

- Cluster Management: Architect, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, or AKS) across multi-region environments.
- Traffic & Networking: Configure and maintain Kubernetes Ingress controllers (e.g., NGINX, Traefik), Service Meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd), and CoreDNS.
- Scaling & Reliability: Implement horizontal/vertical pod autoscaling, resource quotas, network policies, and cluster hardening techniques.
- GitOps & Continuous Deployment: Manage Kubernetes state and deployments natively using GitOps workflows with tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.

2. Advanced CI/CD Engineering

- Pipeline Automation: Design, build, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, secure,



and reliable software delivery.
- Artifact Management: Manage container registries and artifact repositories (e.g., Docker Hub, ECR, JFrog Artifactory, Nexus).
- Release Orchestration: Implement advanced deployment strategies such as Canary deployments, Blue-Green rollouts, and rolling updates with minimal downtime.

3. In, modular Terraform or OpenTofu code.

- Scripting / Programming: Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Bash, or Go) for infrastructure automation.
- Linux Expertise: Solid background in Linux/Unix administration, networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs), and troubleshooting.

Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications

- Official Kubernetes Certification (CKA - Certified Kubernetes Administrator or CKAD - Certified Kubernetes Application Developer).
- Experience managing databases or stateful workloads inside Kubernetes.
- Experience with secrets management tools like HashiCorp Vault.
