- 18 to 20 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction project execution.
- Strong hands-on experience in both Residential and Commercial projects.
- Proven experience in end-to-end site execution and project management.
- Solid experience coordinating with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants and other technical consultants.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD; should be able to read, interpret and review drawings independently.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project execution and site coordination.
- Ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders and resolve project execution issues.
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Experience handling contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Candidates with experience in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai real estate projects will be preferred.
