Social Media Manager cum Executive Assistant to Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional who can handle Social Media Management, Content Creation, Photography/Videography, and Executive Assistance to the Director. The candidate should be well-presented, tech-savvy, creative, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

- Manage and maintain company social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and develop posts, reels, videos, captions and creative content.
- Handle photography and basic videography for projects, events, site visits and company activities.
- Edit photos/videos and prepare content suitable for digital platforms.
- Keep updated with latest social media trends, content formats and digital tools.

Executive Assistance to Director

- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Director.
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments and reminders.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants and other stakeholders as required.
- Prepare presentations, reports,



correspondence and other documents.
- Attend calls/messages and ensure timely follow-up on assigned matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and management information.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation.
- Good photography and basic videography skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and photo/video editing tools.
- Good MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge.
- Creative mindset with robust attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under deadlines.
- Professional personality and presentable appearance.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Digital Marketing or Photography will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills may also apply.

Candidate Profile

- Age: 25–35 years
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Should be proactive, energetic, creative and willing to learn.
- Should be comfortable travelling locally for photography/content requirements when required.
- Candidates having a good eye for photography, current social media trends and content creation will be preferred.
