Job Description:

Pearl HR Services is urgently hiring experienced AR Callers for GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, a global leader in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). We are seeking motivated professionals with a strong background in physician billing and denial management to join a fast-paced voice process team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process for physician billing within the US healthcare domain.
- Analyze unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims to ensure timely resolution and maximum reimbursement.
- Follow up consistently with insurance companies (Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payers) via phone calls to resolve outstanding claims.
- Handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
- Utilize medical billing software and MS Office to accurately document,



investigate, and track claim statuses.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of mandatory AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare RCM.
- Education: Undergraduates or Graduates are eligible to apply.
- Domain Expertise: Robust understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes. Hands-on technical knowledge of the CMS-1500 claim form is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills suitable for an international voice process.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively analyze and resolve complex claim discrepancies.
- Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working rotational shifts.
