Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage Windows patching process using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) to ensure timely deployment of updates across the organization.
- Configure Intune policies for device management, application control, and security settings to maintain compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot issues related to patching failures or conflicts with existing software installations on end-user devices.
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement effective solutions for managing large-scale deployments.

Job Requirements :

- 3-7 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for managing software deployments and updates.
- Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Experience with Intune policy configuration for device management, application control, and security settings.
