Requirements
- Pure-play Talent Management role requiring 18-21 years of overall HR experience and at least 5 years of substantive Talent Management experience in current or immediately preceding roles.
- Strong depth in talent reviews, succession planning, HiPo and leadership pipelines, assessment and development centres, and enterprise-wide talent frameworks is mandatory.
- Recent experience must be predominantly Talent Management, not an HRBP, L&D; or generalist mix.
- Strong employer brands and secure career tenure are essential.
