Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage front office operations and ensure an excellent customer experience at our Chandivali project site. The candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, channel partners, and visitors while coordinating closely with the Sales and CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome walk-in customers, visitors, and channel partners professionally.
- Maintain visitor records, walk-in registers, and CRM data accurately.
- Coordinate customer meetings and site visits with the Sales team.
- Provide basic project information, brochures, and sales collateral.
- Ensure reception, meeting rooms, and sample flats are maintained and presentable.
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the concerned team.




- Offer hospitality support and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly walk-in/MIS reports.
- Coordinate with CRM, Admin, and Sales teams for smooth customer handling.
- Support customer events, launches, and promotional activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Front Office, Reception, Aviation, Retail, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Pleasant personality with qualified grooming.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
