Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to offer closure and joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate discussions, and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview and feedback processes.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to identify and evaluate suitable candidates.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent.
