Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and professional Female Relationship Manager who will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, attending meetings with banking officials, representing the company professionally, and supporting the development of long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen professional relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Regularly communicate with bank officials and understand their requirements.
- Attend meetings with bank representatives and officials on behalf of the company.
- Represent CMC professionally during bank meetings, discussions and business interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and support to banking clients.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing banking contacts.
- Follow up with banks regarding ongoing matters,
requirements and business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the company's relationship with existing and prospective banking institutions.
- Maintain proper records of meetings, communications and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding important client discussions and requirements.
- Handle professional correspondence and communication with bank officials.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and client relationship management at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Banking Relations, Client Management, Business Development or a similar role.
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with a professional approach.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior bank officials.
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to attend external meetings and represent the company.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and professional email communication.
