About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team specializing in retail interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing turnkey retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings, with an ability to understand and interpret CAD drawings.

You will play a critical role in overseeing project execution from concept to completion, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines. Ensure projects are completed within agreed financial and time constraints.
- CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts,



and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.
- Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and issues, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.
