Store Manager Lenskart
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Lenskart store.
- Drive sales, revenue, and store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store processes.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in Store Management.
- Strong communication and team-handling skills.
- Positive sales and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given first preference.
Location: Pan India / As per business requirement
Salary: Up to 5.4 LPA + Incentives
