Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Follow defined processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer and call-related information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet assigned performance and customer service targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1year BPO experience can also apply




- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a voice-based customer support environment.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Candidates should be customer-focused, confident, and willing to learn.
