Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
- Conduct regular status updates with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or risks.
Job Requirements :
- 14-25 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.
- Robust understanding of PC insurance products and services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
