Job Description for QA Automation Tester with Python & Playwright at Chennai, TN:

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript, and Python.

- Automate functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.

- Design data automation scripts for data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks.

- Validate ETL workflows, data transformation, mapping, and migration processes.

- Implement AI-assisted automation for test generation, analysis, and maintenance.

- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams.

- Maintain reusable test components,



documentation, and automation reports.

Required Skills

- 5–6 years of experience in QA automation or SDET roles.

- Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript.

- Proficiency in Python automation and scripting.

- Experience in web, API, regression, and end-to-end test automation.

- Knowledge of data automation, ETL testing, data validation, and reconciliation.

- Robust SQL and database testing skills.

- Understanding of AI-assisted test automation techniques.

- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum, and test reporting tools.

- Knowledge of automation frameworks, Page Object Model, reusable utilities, and data-driven testing.
