Role Overview
We are seeking hands-on .NET Full Stack Developers to design, build, enhance, and support enterprise
applications for the PA FAX opportunity. The role requires strong .NET engineering, modern frontend development,
Azure cloud exposure, REST APIs, databases, and practical AI-assisted development or Azure AI exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and modern engineering
practices.
Build responsive frontend applications using React or Angular and integrate them with backend APIs.
¢ Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, integrations, and database components.
¢ Use Azure services and Azure DevOps for development, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and support.
¢ Apply AI-assisted development tools to coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and engineering productivity.
¢ Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, and DevOps teams through the complete delivery lifecycle.
¢ Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and support production releases.
Required Skills
¢ Robust hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, Web API, and full-stack development.




¢ Strong frontend experience in React or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
¢ Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, data modelling, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
¢ Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines.
¢ Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, secure coding, Git, and Agile delivery.
¢ Practical exposure to AI coding tools or AI integration within enterprise applications.
Experience and Healthcare Alignment
¢ 4+ year and 7+ year profiles may be considered without US Healthcare experience.
¢ For the 10+ year Tech Lead position, US Healthcare experience is mandatory.
¢ The Tech Lead should demonstrate technical ownership, design guidance, mentoring, and stakeholder
collaboration.
Preferred Skills
¢ Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Storage, Key Vault, or Application Insights.
¢ Exposure to Azure AI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, RAG, LLM integrations, or intelligent workflow automation.
¢ US Healthcare payer/provider knowledge such as claims, enrollment, eligibility, provider, prior authorization, or
interoperability.
¢ Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, automated testing, observability, and production support.
