8 - 12 years of overall experience in enterprise Linux infrastructure operations, security remediation, Linux engineering, and/or patch management.
Strong hands-on experience supporting business-critical Linux environments.
Robust understanding of vulnerability prioritization, remediation SLAs, security risk, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in Linux security hardening and OS-level vulnerability remediation.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
Ability to independently manage patching and security-remediation activities from planning through implementation and validation.
Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, technical reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to coordinate activities across several technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and support out-of-hours/weekend patching windows when required.
