Responsibilities

- - Support automation hubs move through the Route to Live, identifying any design flaws and deployment risks
- - Support issue and incident management, including root cause analysis and resolution
- - Assist with change impact assessments
- - Develop solutions to automate internal processes
- - Diagnose, raise, and resolve issues impacting robotic performance and automation

Desired Qualifications

- - Highly proficient accredited BluePrism RPA Developer (minimum developer level)
- - Experience in MS Power Automate
- - Experience in Continuous Improvement and Customer Journey redesign
- - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
- - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- - Outstanding attention to detail
- - Some programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or other scripting languages
- - Proficiency in Excel formulae, VBA, and HTML is highly desirable
