Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure seamless order processing and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports on sales performance, including tracking inventory levels and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving complaints, and building robust relationships with clients.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Powerpoint, Excel, Inco Terms.
