Roles and Responsibilities :

- o achieve monthly targets for home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and other financial products throug field sales.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and improve sales outcomes.

Job Requirements :

- 1-11 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans.
