Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of construction projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within the planned timeline, cost, quality, and safety standards, while effectively coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from initiation through completion and handover.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project costs, material requirements, manpower, productivity, and resource allocation.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take timely corrective action.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors and monitor their performance against project requirements.




- Conduct regular site and project review meetings and provide progress updates to management.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, MEP, procurement, planning, and other project functions.
- Monitor quality, safety, and statutory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and resolve site-level technical and execution issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, and progress records.
- Drive timely completion, snag rectification, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project management and construction execution.
- Strong experience in managing residential construction projects.
- Valuable knowledge of project planning, scheduling, execution, cost control, quality, and safety.
- Strong contractor, vendor, consultant, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage project timelines, multiple activities, and site teams effectively.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
