Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and internal systems.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and application defects.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Implement best practices for CI/CD, testing,



and deployment.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17 and Core Java concepts.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
- Robust understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and web services.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with messaging technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Knowledge of Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated deployments.
- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or other enterprise domains.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Notice Period

- Immediate to 30 Days Preferred.
