Job Description

We are looking for experienced Construction Foremen to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities for a resort development project in the Maldives.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
- Lead workers and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades.
- Monitor work progress according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Inspect workmanship, materials, measurements, and overall site quality.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project management to resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure workers follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected working environment.
- Read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
- Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, and material requirements.





Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience as a Construction Foreman is required.
- Good knowledge of construction site activities and workforce supervision.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and complete tasks according to project requirements.
