Experience: 5+ years in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
- Should have experience in end-to-end HR activities.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.
- Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Handle HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Manage exit formalities and full & final coordination.
- Positive communication and people-management skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing/stitching unit will be preferred.
