We are looking for a skilled Senior Interior Designer with 0-5+ years of experience in interior design. The candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead interior design projects from initial enquiry and concept development through execution.
- Meet clients and understand their lifestyle, requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations.
- Develop complete interior concepts, space planning, furniture layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 3D designs, realistic renders, mood boards, and skilled client presentations.
- Present design concepts, material options, project scope, and quotations to clients.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quotations, material specifications, and project proposals.
- Handle client feedback, revisions, discussions, and design-related negotiations.
- Recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other interior solutions based on client requirements and budget.
- Follow up with enquiries and leads and actively support sales conversion.
- Coordinate with architects, site teams,



contractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution matches approved designs and client expectations.
- Maintain client relationships and support repeat business and referrals.
- Guide junior interior designers and review their design and project work.
- Take responsibility for design quality, client satisfaction, project coordination, and sales performance..

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.Arch / B.Sc. Interior Design.
- Experience: 05+ years in Interior Design.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D&3D SketchUp, and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 20,000 – 50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
