Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager Real Estate Sales

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

Condivio is hiring sales professionals to drive property sales, build customer and builder relationships, and manage the sales process from lead handover to booking and agreement. This is a field role involving daily customer meetings, local travel, and weekend site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties with accurate pricing, payment plans, and project details.
- Conduct site visits, handle objections, negotiate within approved terms, and close deals to achieve booking and revenue targets.
- Maintain timely follow-ups in coordination with Inside Sales and address customer concerns promptly.
- Develop builder and developer relationships, identify recent projects, and support the Supply team with builder acquisition and onboarding.
- Register leads with builders before site visits and maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and transaction documentation.




- For the Senior Sales Manager role, independently handle high-value deals and complex negotiations, and mentor junior sales associates.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant real estate sales experience; primary sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of property pricing, payment plans, and home loan basics.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Willingness to travel locally and work weekends; own vehicle preferred.
- Graduation preferred, though candidates with strong relevant experience and skills will be considered.
- Commitment to ethical selling, accurate reporting, and disciplined follow-ups.
