Job Description:

We are looking for target-oriented IT/B2B Sales professionals to drive new business, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate IT/B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, referrals and other channels.
- Identify and connect with business owners, HRs, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Manage the complete IT/B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and sales discussions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly/quarterly targets.




- Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in CRM/tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and delivery.

Required Skills

- Hands on experience in IT/B2B Sales experience.
- Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, client handling, negotiation and sales closure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Solid relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- IT/Technology Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with proven IT/B2B Sales experience and consistent target achievement are encouraged to apply. Experience in IT/Technology Sales will be an added advantage.
