Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denial reasons by researching patient records, insurance policies, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as revenue cycle management (RCM) staff to resolve complex billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-2 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including medical billing and revenue cycle management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
