Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets in the FMCG industry.
- Identify recent business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring successful product positioning and go-to-market plans.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in sales & marketing roles within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of sales development principles, including lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, etc. .
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while working in a fast-paced environment.
