Minimum Requirements

- Education: BDS/MDS (Mandatory)
- Experience: 8+ years in Operations/Business Development, with proven P&L; responsibility for medium to large business units.
- Skill Set:
- Strong networking, business development, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of regional markets and strong doctor network
- Excellent presentation and adaptability skills

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Strategy & Execution

- Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Define and implement short- and long-term business plans.

2. Revenue & Profitability

- Drive sales growth and meet/exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Monitor KPIs, optimize costs, and implement pricing strategies.

- Identify and evaluate opportunities for regional growth.
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Financial Management

- Manage regional budgets and resource allocation.
- Track financial performance and implement corrective actions where needed.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to regional, legal, and industry-specific regulations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate business risks.

6. Doctor Engagement

- Recruit and retain doctors in line with regional business needs.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and ethical standards.

7. Franchise & Business development

- Drive growth of existing network and support new franchise development.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners.
- Manage the franchise sales cyclefrom lead generation to agreement signing.
- Support franchisees in setup, compliance, and operations per company standards.
- Ensure ROI for partners and profitable growth for Apollo Dental.
- Prepare franchise development plans aligned with overall strategy
