Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage commercial loan syndications from origination to closure, ensuring timely execution and meeting client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documents and information for loan processing.
- Conduct due diligence on borrowers' financial statements, creditworthiness, and other relevant factors to assess risk exposure.
- Negotiate terms with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Job Requirements :
- 1.8-18 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on commercial loans or loan syndication.
- Robust understanding of letter credit operations and ability to manage complex documentation processes.
- Experience working with Loaniq or similar platforms is an added advantage.
