Job Description

Required Skill Set:

- Strong expertise across all areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including:
- Sales processes
- Lead management
- Account management
- Contact management
- Policy sales lifecycle

- Strong development experience in C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for customization and enhancements.
- Experience with:

- Power Apps (Canvas Apps)
- PCF (PowerApps Component Framework)
- Power Automate

- Good exposure to Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and other cloud technologies.
- Experience working with AI-powered sales capabilities within Dynamics 365, including:

- Microsoft Copilot
- AI Agents
- Lead qualification
- Sales automation
- Conversational AI (Positive to Have)
