Job Summary:
We are looking for an Architect & Interior Designer with experience in residential, commercial, and corporate projects. The candidate should be capable of handling projects from concept development to site execution and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle projects from client briefing to final handover.
2. Develop layouts, concepts, working drawings, and 3D designs.
3. Coordinate with MEP, Project Management, QS, and Procurement teams.
4. Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
5. Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
6.



Coordinate with clients for feedback, revisions, and approvals.
7. Ensure designs are implemented as approved at site.
8. Guide junior designers and interns.

Required Skills:

- AutoCAD, SketchUp & 3D visualization tools
- Knowledge of architectural/interior drawings
- Good understanding of materials and interior detailing
- Solid client communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture.
