Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our US Voice Process. The candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls with US customers, resolve queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls from US customers
- Provide accurate information and issue resolution
- Maintain professional communication at all times
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills




- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timing)
- Customer-centric approach

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: 1–3 years in voice process (preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication can also apply
