Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
- Process UB04 claims accurately and efficiently according to established guidelines.
- Identify areas for improvement in revenue cycle management processes and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of AR issues.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Calling or related field (AR Calling).
- Solid knowledge of UB04 coding system and revenue cycle management principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, providers, and insurance companies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
