Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to banking products and services.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote bank's financial products and services.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance, quality of calls, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in BPO sales, telemarketing, or telesales industry.
- Solid communication skills with ability to handle domestic calling and outbound calling effectively.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
