Role & responsibilities
- Answer all inbound calls promptly with a target of 0 missed call ratio
- Ensure immediate callback for any unattended call (if applicable)
- Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria
- Understand customer requirements and capture accurate details in CRM
- Maintain high call volume and productivity standards
- Provide a positive first impression of the company
- Required Experience,Skills & Competencies:
- 0-1 Years of Experience
- Valuable verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English (Mandatory)
- Strong listening and questioning skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly over phone
- Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality
- Loves talking to people
- Target-driven and self-motivated
