Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement enterprise-scale analytics solutions using Looker.
- Develop and maintain scalable LookML models, Explores, Views, and Dashboards.
- Architect and manage semantic data layers to ensure data consistency and governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical BI and data visualization solutions.
- Optimize Looker performance, dashboard responsiveness, and query efficiency.
- Define data modeling standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts.
- Implement role-based security, access controls, and data governance policies.
- Integrate Looker with cloud data warehouses and enterprise applications.
- Support analytics modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to BI developers and analytics teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot,



and resolve BI platform issues.
