Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified nursing candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and productive hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nursing colleges, healthcare institutions, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidate applications and resumes based on job requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Handle offer rollouts and negotiate compensation as per company policies.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on nursing industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
